The
purpose of my project was to test the ability of cellulases to degrade the
cellulose in wastepaper into glucose and to improve the process.
Specifically, I wanted to optimize the wastepaper degradation process by
testing different concentrations and combinations of cellulase and
cellobiase at several temperatures and incubation times.
