| Project Abstract: |
Common bean blight is a destructive disease of the common bean and can decrease yield by as much as 40%. In my project, I wanted to see if there were DNA-based differences between the bacterial isolates from different geographical areas. I also wanted to see how the DNA correlates to aggressivity of the isolates on different bean cultivars. |
