Allele specific primer 1 (homozygous resistant) is reported by FAM (blue), allele specific primer 2 (homozygous susceptible) is reported by VIC (red) and heterozygous appears as green. (See Fig. 2 showing a segregating population of RILs using SNP primer set K119).
