When there is adhesion between the straw molecules and the liquid molecules, they are practicing unity (two different types of materials).   Therefore, they are able to work in harmony to create the capillary rise.  But when there is more cohesion than adhesion, the result is capillary fall because there is a lack of unity between the straw molecules and the liquid molecules.  Just like that, people must also be united to achieve goals harmoniously.  If we are only united with a certain type of people and discriminate others, then we will not move forward.
