What We Found

 

The first day: we found molds we could see was after 6 days when all the bread samples had grown little white dots. Only the orange in the sunlight showed any growth: black spots.

On the 7th day :all  bread samples showed increased growth, white and stringy

                          The orange in sunlight showed more slimy white stuff where the fruit was touching the glass jar.

On the 21^st day: there was still no growth on any coffee samples

                           Bread samples showed less or no growth, some of the bread was dried out

                           The most exciting orange sample was from the sunlight sample:part of the flesh was all white with                   no orange showing, the edges were brownish and so was the peel.

                           The heated sample had slimy white growth  on the wet side touching the glass and brownish peel.

                           The dark sample just had a lacy white pattern with normal orange in between, and brownish peel.
