Project Abstract |
Often a connection between mercury and diets is unnoticed. In fact, mercury is a toxic element that can devastatingly affect the human body as well as other living organisms. Surprisingly, there is danger of mercury poisoning in the food that we eat. This project aims to provide insight into the levels of mercury concentration in various groups of food and whether or not there is a risk of mercury poisoning. This was done through a survey of 80 people. |
