Quick! Recall everything you ate this week! What kinds of fish have you been eating lately? What kind of water do you drink? Even what might seem like the healthiest options for meals have the potential to be harmful to your well-being. It is time to pay attention to what really is in your food.
This project involved the analysis of a survey based on the sample of students at King’s Christian Collegiate. A conclusion was drawn from the results about the total mercury levels in respect to what they eat and whether or not there is any risk of mercury poisoning.
