This is the survey we used to determine our results. We had sent these surveys to Avonlea, Rouleau and Milestone for rural schools and to Sunningdale, Central, and Riverview for urban city schools. In total we had 400 hundred surveys, 100 boys and girls from rural areas and 100 boys and girls from urban areas.
