This is our conclusion that states how our answer to our question was discovered. Our question for our project was, How could we make a teeter-totter spin? Our hypothesis was this,we thought we could make a teeter-totter spin by getting our energy from a great source, a windmill! We thought we could transfer that wind power by using gears. Our hypothesis was partially correct,we found out we could make a teeter-totter spin by using a windmill for the initial power source and transfer that power by not only using gears, but also using a pulley. We found out the answer to our scientific question during the process of making our prototype. When we were in the process of making our prototype we realized that gears would not be as efficient as using a pulley to transfer energy to the ground. This is how our question was answered.
