For experiment 4 I reduced the soda again. This time I used 2.5 ml.

It worked! I found my ratio. 2.5 ml of baking soda to 55-65 ml of vinegar. That gives me a ratio of 1:22 - 1:26

So one part vinegar to 22-26 parts baking soda produces the biggest bang.
