In experiment 2 I used my new lid and it worked! I put baking soda in the balloon using a funnel. I then measured vinegar into the bottle. Once the two were put together I then lifted up the balloon and the baking soda dumped in.

I used 10 ml of baking soda and gradually increased the vinegar. I had to stop this experiment because liquid was moving up into the balloon and I still hadn't found my ratio that would give me the biggest balloon. It kept getting bigger and bigger.
