Next Project

Since I have been studying Spiders I have found an interest in the Solar System.

I think this will be my next project!

Orb Weaver

The Orb Weaver is from the family araneidae. The Orb Weaver builds wheel shaped webs.

Some Orb Weavers don't build webs. Female Orb Weavers can grow to 45mm and the male is tiny only 6mm.

The web is very strong. you can tell an Orb Weaver from the pattern on its back. There are 2,700 spices of orb weavers! Small spiders also live on an orb weavers web.

Some spices of Weavers snack on there mate after mating.
