Break It Down, Power It Up
By Viola Pang, Wyanne Wong, Valerie Lai

Introduction

For many centuries, man has been using their natural surroundings to provide them with chemical energy. At our constant use of fossil fuels, many have noticed the damaging impact it has on our environment. Energy is critical in many communities, nations, and continents.
With such great demands and declining reserves, alternate sources must be further considered to ensure the survival of ourselves and this planet.

This project introduces the various alternate fuel sources obtained without sacrificing the quality of our air, water, and environment. We explore the issues concerning bioenergy and its uses. We acknowledge the efforts made around the world to conserve our resources and the research made in hopes of finding better solutions to this increasingly important topic.
