Both cookers started out with a water temperature of 74º, we checked the temperatures every 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes we where quite surprised to see such an increase in temperature in the box cooker. The temperature had gone up by 45º, the funnel cookers temperature had gone up by only 12º. The graphs below show the increase in temperature at each 30 minute interval. The ending temperature for the box cooker was 144º and the ending temperature for the funnel cooker was 119º.
