This project also relates to the grade 3 science study of endangered animals and the grade 3 social studies exploration of communities and sustainable development. |

This project describes the sage grouse and its adaptations for survival in a grasslands and sagebrush habitat. The project also discusses some of the present dangers facing the sage grouse as humans begin to use and change its habitat. The project also contains an interactive quiz to challenge readers’ knowledge of the sage grouse.
