Pneumatic Electrical Hybrid Vehicle (PHEV)

Pneumatic Electrical Hybrid Vehicles are vehicles that can be powered by both electricity and compressed air. In addition to an air engine system, a PHEV is also equipped with an electric motor and a 48V battery. The car switches the source of energy at different times: it uses compressed air when it accelerates and electricity when it reaches normal cruising speed. It can use the energy the most efficiently this way. Unlike a regular air car, a PHEV does not need to refill compressed air, as it is equipped with an onboard air compressor powered by the car battery, which can compress air on the go. This type of car is more convenient and practical to use today, as there are not many compressed air refilling stations currently.
