             1. From the bacteria, cellulolytic and glycolytic clostridia, the enzyme called cellulase is produced. Between the monomer cellulose, 1,4 beta acetal linkage is exist.

2. The endocellulase (one kind of cellulase) breaks down the non-covanlent interaction between the crystalline structures of cellulose.

3. Exocellulase hydrolysis the small cellulose unit to tetrasaccharides and disaccharides which those two will be hydrolysised into glubose by beta-glucosidase.[vi]
