Materials for part A: Liver Cell Isolation

  1. Glassware such as beakers, volumetric flasks, test tubes, pipettes
  2. Buffer, Cell culture Media
  3. Digestive enzymes
  4. Surgical instruments and materials such as scissors, hemostats, tweezers, gauze, catheter
  5. Filter paper
  6. Centrifuge and centrifuge tubes
  7. Water bath heated to 37°C

Materials for part B: Dosing of Liver Cells with NDGA
  1. Nordihydroguaiaretic acid (NDGA)
  2. 96-well microplates
  3. Cell culture media
