My hypothesis was correct, watching television and using computer are the main causes, leading to eye problems in teenagers. Through the analyzing of the questionnaires, it shows that the more hours the teenagers spend on computer, the higher the possibility of encountering eye problems. Actually, the eye problems, such as Myopia and Astigmatism can be corrected by wearing glasses or contact lenses. Laser surgery can also be used to correct eye vision. However, the most important part is that people should protect or take care of their eyes more. Here are some methods that prevent getting eye problems:
(xviii)

·        Make sure you get enough sleep (8 hours), since less sleep can strain the eyes.

·        Not to read books or doing works under dim light (make sure you have enough light).

·        Keep your eyes clean (i.e. Do not use your hands to touch the eyes).

·        Give eyes a break for few minutes when reading books, using computers or watching television.

·        Keep your eyes moist by blinking.

·        Use an anti-glare screen in order to protect your eyes from the screen when using computer.

·        Keep a distance of computer monitor, 18-30 inches from your eyes.

·        Do not look at the sun directly, and wear sunglasses when outside it too bright.

·        Take abundant nutrients, e.g. Vitamin A, which prevent getting night-blindness.
