In theory, the components of the blood will rise or fall depending on whether the pH level is acidic or basic. If the pH level increases then the components of the blood should also increase. If the pH level decreases then the components of the blood should also decrease. This experiment will only focus on essential components in the blood such as glucose, bicarbonate, sodium, potassium and different types of hemoglobin.
