Conclusion

The blood components increased or decreased with change in pH as predicted. The pH level immediately affects many different aspects of a person. By undergoing a minor pH drop, a person can immediately be diagnosed with different conditions that if not treated, could lead to death. Depending on the pH level, many factors increased or decreased significantly. It was also determined that if the blood has a higher molar concentration of different elements such as fatty acids, the blood can begin to clot, which can eventually lead to a heart attack. Though the reactions were taken into extremes in the experiment, it was only done to show the effects of pH change. A slight change in the pH of the blood could still lead to serious problems.
