(1)      The results show that our hypothesis was wrong. International and other flights did not perform significantly worse than Canadian or U.S. airlines.

(2)      In fact, international airlines performed the best, but our hypothesis predicted that they would have performed worst. The international airlines were the only group that had no incorrect readbacks and were one of only two groups that had no missed calls.

(3)      Other flights did perform the worst overall, but the difference wasn’t significant. Their total of missed and incorrect calls was the highest of any group, but only by a very small margin.
