Materials

Water. In our experiments we used regular water provided by EPCOR.

Table Salt. Produced by Windsor Salt, The Canadian Salt Company Ltd.

Equipment

Electronic scale, E/Scale OHAUS

Digital camera, CD33

Multimeter, 3R93

Battery Holder. The holder allows us to connect the 1.5-V AA batteries in different configurations (parallel, series).

Bulb. Mini Colored Lamp; rated voltage: 6.0 V, rated current: 60 mA, size: 4 x 12 mm².

Plastic Container. The container is made of a regular refrigerator ice-holder and has five cells 42 x 57 x 42 mm³.

1.5-V AA batteries, LEGO parts, metal plates, wires, alligators.
