Summary: This project is on the topic of supercooling liquids. The experiment was conducted on water, and the formula for latent heat was applied to other substances in order to test which one would give off the largest amount of heat.

Software Tools Used: Notepad2, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe ImageReady CS2, Macromedia Fireworks MX, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, FileZilla.

Hardware Tools Used: Digital Camera.

Source of the Idea: I saw a video on the internet of a bottle of liquid water instantaneously freezing after it had been shaken. I was amazed by this phenomenon and it lead me to this project.

Special Skills Used: HTML 4.0, CSS, Graphics Design, JavaScript.

Awards: This project received a first-place award in intermediate physics at the Saskatoon Regional Science Fair.
