Conclusion

 

   The static stretch was almost, but not quite, as efficient as the PNF stretch and was quite a bit easier to do, not to mention less time consuming. So if you are a busy person and are not looking for perfect results, I would recommend the static stretching. But if you do have a partner handy and are quite serious, I would go for the PNF stretch.

 

   There are other simple stretches you can do for all your major joints. So why not do them and improve your life style, for the rest of your life! By doing these stretches, no matter which one, you will become more flexible, stronger, capable of doing more physical activity and all the while, it will reduce your stress.
