Conclusion: ¡¡ Therefore, large amounts of washing detergents are extremely harmful our body and skin. Compared to the skin, the results showed the clothes we wear every day of our lives to be 1000x more basic than our skin. As well, this amount left on our clothes enters our body through our skin or lungs and causes problems such as allergies, skin infections, lung irritations, dry skin, fissuring of the skin, dotting of the skin, and in some rare cases, cancer. It is also reasonable to believe that it has a place in triggering asthma and chronic heart problems. As shown, the pH level and concentration of the clothes drop to a more reasonable rate when the amount of detergent is half of the recommended amount rinsing the clothes 2-4 times. By using half the recommended amount, Tide had 100x less detergent left on the clothing, and both Sunlight and Xtra had 10x less detergent left on clothing. By rinsing 3 times, it showed that all of the brands had around 100x less detergent left over on the clothes. While some remain that the amount of detergent left on clothing will not cause ANY harm to the human body, it is difficult to comprehend how it will remain the same when the clothes is 1000x more basic than the skin.
