Prevent skin cancer from affecting you!

  1. Try to avoid the sun between the hours of ten A. M and four P. M
  2. Look around for shade especially in the middle of the day when the sun’s rays are the strongest
  3. Use protective clothing, such as longer sleeves and long pants. Cover as much skin as possible
  4. Put on sunglasses with 99% to 100% UV absorption to provide best protection for the eyes and the near skin.
