3	Satellite’s Composition The scientists that are studying Mercury are still puzzled over the interior. Mercury is like the moon, 75% of Mercury diameter is taken up by iron core. Mercury has a giant core for its size, It is very hot and molten.

5	Average Temperatures The average temperature on Mercury is about 750° F. The coldest temperatures on Mercury is - 300°F. The temperature on Mercury is always too hot or too cold for a human to land on Mercury.
6	Wormdigger Wormdigger is an alien that does survive on Mercury. He is worm shaped with a hard outer shell of iron. We are assuming that there are no other aliens on the planet except for other Wormdiggers. Since a year is really short on Mercury, most Wormdiggers live to be 400-450 Mercury years because the years on Mercury are very short.
7	Habitat Wormdiggers live on the Northern part of Mercury. They live in a hole, under the surface of Mercury. They dig downward until they can feel the heat of the core. There is no silver or gold on Mercury.
8	Survival to Temperature Due to the fact that Mercury is very hot and very cold, our alien must adjust to these temperatures. It has an iron shell to reflect the light and heat in hot temperatures. To stay warm in the cold, it digs a hole in the ground near the planet’s core.
9	Nourishment Wormdiggers eat the iron off Mercury’s surface with his razor sharp teeth. There teeth are angled grinder blades so that they can cut through the surface. They eat during 5% of the day; when ever they feel hungry.

11	Mating The female Wormdigger lays eggs and the male Wormdigger injects sperm cell in to the eggs.
