Notes:

The lithium batteries were long lasting and bright.  The alkaline batteries were almost as good as the lithium batteries.  The heavy duty battery #1 was defective at hour 3.  Heavy duty battery #2 was functional but not long lasting.  Nickel cadmium battery #2 was defective early on and nickel metal hydride battery #1 plummeted during hour 8.
