Hypothesis

  1. If adding more molecules of a reactant will increase reaction, then increasing the concentration of the substrate will increase the level of activities of the enzyme catalase.
  2. Increasing the concentration of the enzyme will increase the level of activities of the enzyme catalase.
  3. The enzyme (catalase) works best at physiological pH (cell pH) and cannot withstand extremes of pH.
  4. Increase in temperatures will increase the enzymatic activities of the enzyme catalase since the molecules can have the energy to move about and collide with each other.
