Breakfast Foods

Day 1

1)    Eat nothing for breakfast.

2)    Wait 40 minutes

3)    In a minute and thirty seconds try and complete a 5 question math test.

4)    Memorize 15 pictures in 20 seconds and recite them.

5)    Run 3 timed laps in the gym 

6)    Record the results

Day 2

1)    Eat 1 banana and 1 glass of orange juice for breakfast.

2)    Wait 40 minutes

3)     In a minute and thirty seconds try and complete a 5 question math test.

4)    Memorize 15 pictures in 20 seconds and recite them.

5)    Run 3 timed laps in the gym 

6)    Record the results

Day 3

1)    Eat a chocolate bar and a glass of sprite for breakfast.

2)    Wait 40 minutes

3)    In a minute and thirty seconds try and complete a 5 question math test.

4)    Memorize 15 pictures in 20 seconds and recite them.

1)    Eat a bowl of healthy cereal with milk for breakfast.

2)    Wait 40 minutes

3)    In a minute and thirty seconds try and complete a 5 question math test.

4)    Memorize 15 pictures in 20 seconds and recite them.
