Introduction

     How does the light intensity from a light source decrease as one moves further away from it?    

     What happen if you use a laser light as opposed to a regular light bulb?  Will the intensity decrease in the same  way?

     Are energy saving light bulbs really as bright as the manufacturers claim they are?
