Source of Idea: My Grade 6 project on Quantum Teleportation left me with the question whether Quantum Teleportation would allow time travel. This year I set out to find an answer.

Summary of project:

In this project I asked whether quantum teleportation and quantum computers will allow communication across time as well as space. My working hypothesis is that because quantum teleporation transports signals to any part of the universe instantaneously, then it must be able to achieve faster than light travel -- which Einstein said was impossible. Faster than light travel would cause time shifts and even stop time. This effect theoratically would allow information to be sent back and forward in time. Maybe some day we can create an internet to surf across history and the future.
