Trial One

Trial Two About the Tests

    Trial 1(T1) was started on Sunday, January 19th, 2003.  It had 4 different groups.  Each group had a different amount of potash tailings.  The groups were:

  Amount of Tailings Conductivity
Control 0 tsp 0
Group 1 (Light) 1 tsp 1.5
Group 2 (Medium) 5 tsp 6
Group 3 (Heavy) 8 tsp 10

    I decided to use these groups because we wanted to have a wide range of amounts of tailings. I determined the amounts of tailings to add by using a conductivity meter. A conductivity meter is an object that measures the amount of salt in soil, water etc.
