My Inspiration

    I decided to perform this experiment because I am very interested in the environment. I remembered hearing a news broadcast about the ‘Top Fifty Polluters in the World’; amazingly the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan was one of them. So, I decided to conduct an experiment with the byproduct that comes from the mining of potash (potash tailings) and the product most associated with Saskatchewan, grain.
